I am skinny, am not denying it. I used to get lots of ‘Eat More!’ advice from friends, family and enemies. The issue of me being skinny has got nothing to do with me not putting enough food into my stomach.
Lets talk about why are fat people fat? Contrary to popular belief, fat people tend to eat more. Yes, they do eat more, but ‘eating more’ is not the main issue. It is simply because they have the habit of eating at the speed of light.
It takes time for the body to tell the brain that it has had enough food; and only when the body has sent this signal to the brain can the brain activate the satiety response (which originates in the hypothalamus) that makes us stop eating.
