Attended a Wedding in YTL Pangkor Laut Resort, Malaysia, the experience was amazing, simply beyond words. After all, the beach / island resort is one of the many luxury resorts in Malaysia. I love the tropical architecture, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I think it is a nice place to have a wedding ceremony; the only drawback is the 30 minutes ferry ride from the main land. The journey seems to take, however the experience is worth the trouble. Thumbs up to YTL.

The dinner is in buffet style, unlike the usual Chinese wedding dinner where you are served with 10 courses, sometimes 8. The good thing about this buffet style dinner is – choices. I get to choose what I wanted to eat, plus, they have varieties of food from Western to Malaysian food, from Chinese to Japanese food.

As for the architecture, it is a well planned resort with effective layouts, views that are framed brilliantly. For your information, YTL Pangkor Laut Resort won the best beach resort in Malaysia.
