Please, Give Leonardo DiCaprio An Academy Award For Best Actor
July 15, 2010 | Category: Movie Reviews | Leave a Comment
Inception, this is way better than the boring Avatar. For the love of God, it is about time the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences present Leonard DiCaprio the best actor award. Just look at the list of movies:
- Inception (2010)
- Shutter Island (2010)
- Revolutionary Road (2008)
- Blood Diamond (2006)
- The Departed (2006)
- The Aviator (2004)
- Catch Me If You Can (2002)
- Gangs of New York (2002)
- The Man in the Iron Mask (1998)
- Titanic (1997)
- Romeo + Juliet (1996)
I have to admit, he is not the best actor around. After all, being an actor means not being oneself. A very good example of bad actor and actress are Megan Fox, Lindsay Lohan, Robbie Williams, Eddie Murphy (the worst of the worst) and many more, they are what they are on air and off air. Russell Crowe and Tom Hanks are both awesome actors in the movie Beautiful Mind and Forest Gump. Same goes for Hillary Swank.

Hong Leong Floating Rate Negotiable Instrument Of Deposit
July 14, 2010 | Category: Business and Marketing | Leave a Comment

The old saying goes: “If something is too good to be true, chances are, it is.” The Floating Rate Negotiable Instrument Of Deposits (FRNID) is a 100% principal protected with Guaranteed 10% p.a. coupon in 1 st quarter and up to 8% p.a. thereafter, structured product issued by Hong Leong Bank Berhad.
Absolutely no risk (no capital gain) with 8 to 10% return for 3 years. This is better than investing in Public Mutual Fund, from what I understand, most of my friends lost their hard earn money in Public Mutual Fund, where as only 1 or 2 out of 10 made a small sum of profit.
